One call, one sentence, one post. Every post keeps a link back to the line it came from.

Why StartReach

Most AI tools start with a blank prompt. StartReach starts with what you know.

Your best posts are already sitting in sales calls, customer conversations and the docs you wrote last quarter. StartReach reads them, works out what is worth saying, and helps you say it consistently on LinkedIn and X, with a person approving every post.

StartReach

  • Starts from a blank prompt

Starts from your calls, docs and past posts

  • Sounds like everyone else

Ideas shaped by your audience, positioning and pillars

  • One-off posts, no plan

  • No idea where a claim came from

How it works

From a sentence in a call to a post on the calendar.

Four stages, one pipeline. Each stage keeps a link to the one before it, so any published post can be traced back to the source that produced it.

Write, design, plan and track

An approved idea becomes a draft with its angle, pillar and stage filled in. Write it in an editor that shows the LinkedIn fold and X's limit as you type, turn it into a branded quote card or carousel, and put it on your calendar. Once it's live, add the post link and StartReach tracks how it does.

Four tools touched the same lead record. None of them owned it. Last month a founder told me their sequencer kept emailing accounts that had already signed. The CRM said closed-won. The sequencer never asked. The fix wasn't another tool. It was deciding which system holds the truth for stage changes, and making every other tool read from it. Three questions to ask before you buy anything: 1. Which system owns lifecycle stage? 2. Who is allowed to change it? 3. What listens when it changes?

The system

One system for content, conversations and pipeline.

Posting is only half of growing on LinkedIn and X. The other half is showing up in the right conversations, knowing what works in your market and turning attention into leads. StartReach brings those into one place, one module at a time.

Features

Built for people who want to be known for something.

StartReach is opinionated about the parts that decide whether content works: a clear strategy, real material, the right format and a team that signs off.

Strategy and pillars

A strategy that decides what to post.

A guided strategy walks you through your audience, positioning and three content pillars, then sets how much of your content builds authority, brand and demand. StartReach drafts each step for you to review. Nothing is saved until you say so.

  • Audience, positioning, manifesto and pillars in one guided flow
  • Authority, Brand and Offer mix, 70 / 15 / 15 by default

Source lineage

Every post can show where it came from.

Ideas keep a link to the exact passages they were drawn from, and drafts keep a link to their idea. When someone asks where a claim came from, you can open the call and find it in seconds.

  • Search everything you've recorded, written or posted

Who it's for

For people whose expertise is the product.

Turn the conversations you're already having into pipeline.

You explain your market ten times a week on sales calls. StartReach turns those explanations into ideas and a plan, so your LinkedIn and X presence sounds like you on your best call.

  • Sales and customer calls become post ideas
  • A plan built around the buyers you sell to
  • Your time goes into approving and sharpening, not starting from zero

Early feedback

Built with the people who’ll use it.

StartReach is being shaped with a small group of founders, consultants and agency teams. Here's what matters most to them.

We had forty sales calls sitting in a folder. After a week we had a month of ideas that actually sounded like us.

The pillar mix is the part I didn't know I needed. I can see at a glance that I've gone three weeks without an authority post.

Being able to click from a post back to the call it came from ended every argument about whether a claim was accurate.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Something else? Message the founder on LinkedIn

How is this different from ChatGPT or an AI post writer?

Those start from a blank prompt. StartReach starts from your own material (calls, documents and past posts) plus a strategy you set once: audience, positioning, pillars and content mix. Ideas come out sorted into that plan and linked to the passages they came from, and the calendar shows whether your month is on track.

Does StartReach write my posts?

Today it generates ideas and drafts your strategy from your material, and you write the post in an editor built for LinkedIn and X, with the fold, limits and a live preview shown as you type. AI-written drafts in your voice, with rewrite tools, are coming next.

Does it post to LinkedIn and X for me?

Not yet. You plan and schedule in StartReach, post when it's time, then add the post's link so it's tracked. Direct posting is on the roadmap.

What can I use as a source?

Call transcripts and recordings, documents, links and your past posts. If you record calls with Fireflies, new transcripts sync in on their own. Everything you add becomes searchable, so you can find what you said about a topic months later.

Where do the analytics numbers come from?

From LinkedIn and X's own reporting, once you connect your accounts. We don't estimate or scrape numbers, and we don't mix sample data with your real results.

Who can see my material?

Your sources, brand and plans live in your workspace and are only visible to the people you invite, with the role you give them. Other workspaces can't see them.

When are Engage, Track, Grow and Convert coming?

We're building them now, with early-access members. We won't promise dates we can't keep. Early-access members get each one first and help decide what it does.

What does it cost?

It's free during early access, and no card is needed. We'll give early-access members plenty of notice before pricing starts.
